By signing this Agreement, the Hirer warrants and agrees that the Event is accurately and comprehensively described in the Booking Details form and that the Hirer fully understands the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Further, that the Hirer acknowledges if they are signing on behalf of someone else, an organisation, business or other entity, that they have authority to bind the parties to this agreement.
