This UKG Pro Post “Go-Live” Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective the latter of the dates signed and is between HRMS Solutions, Inc., a Colorado corporation with a business address at 941 Grant Place, Boulder, CO 80302 hereinafter referred to as (“HRMS”), and Montrose County, a Colorado corporation with a business address at 317 South 2nd Street, Montrose, Colorado 81401 hereinafter referred to as (“MONTROSE”).
