This Implementing Agreement is required in conjunction with all Incidental Take Permits per s. 29.604, Wis. Stats. The Implementing Agreement must be finalized with the Department of Natural Resources (WNDR) after the Incidental Take Conservation Plan has been approved by WDNR but before the incidental take public notice period may begin. Approval of this form alone does not indicate approval of an Incidental Take Permit application.
