This Agreement and Disclosure Statement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of The Bank of Fincastle’s Online Statement Delivery Service (hereinafter referred to as “Online Statement Service”; “Online Statements” or “the Service”). This agreement covers the duties and responsibilities of both the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”) and The Bank of Fincastle (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”).
