These Standard Terms and Conditions for Consumer ConnectTM Services (“T&C’s") together with the agreement(s) governing the parcel, fulfillment or other services that the Services described herein are being provided to Client in conjunction with (such agreement, the “Services Agreement”) govern the Client’s acquisition and use of the Services described herein. By signing the Services Agreement, Amendment or other contract or agreement referencing these T&Cs and using the Services, you accept the terms of these T&C’s and agree to be bound by them.
