AMENDMENT NO. 1Interconnection Agreement • June 7th, 2006
This Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) is made by and between Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts, f/k/a New England Telephone and Telegraph Company, d/b/a Bell Atlantic - Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a New York corporation with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02110, and Spectrotel, Inc., a corporation with offices at 655 Shrewsbury Avenue, Suite 210, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702 (“Spectrotel”), and, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, shall be deemed effective on July 14, 2005 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and Spectrotel are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a "Party". This Amendment covers services in Verizon’s service territory in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Commonwealth”).
