Kinuu is providing computer and accessories for the sole purpose of playing BrainyAct. Members are not permitted to install or run personal programs, documents, files, copied software or other programs on the computer provided. Payments you have made does not constitute ownership of this equipment; it is an equipment usage fee for your subscription to BrainyAct. The property belongs to Kinuu (the Lender) and is subject to inspection or monitoring by Kinuu, with or without notice to the member, at any time. Therefore, members should refrain from using the equipment for personal use.
