This agreement is effective as of (date) for the “Football Pre and Post Season” ending January 31, 2023. This agreement defines the terms under which the Norco High School Gridiron Club (hereinafter referred to as “Gridiron”) with the principle place of business at 2065 Temescal, Norco, CA 92860 and (hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor”) enter into a sponsorship agreement for the 2021 Norco High School Football Season. The Gridiron agrees to perform for Sponsor as outlined in the chosen sponsorship level. In consideration for advertisement to be performed by Gridiron, Sponsor agrees to pay the amount agreed upon in full on or before July 1, 2022.
