THIS AGREEMENT, effective as of the 10th day of February, 2022, is entered into by and between the County of Tippecanoe, State of Indiana (hereinafter referred to as the “County”), by and through its Board of Commissioners and Robert Dunlap, (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”);
