This Software Agreement, including the related Order Form, as applicable, (collectively the “Agreement”), is a legal agreement between You and Blue Planet. “You” and “Your” means the individual or legal entity licensing the Software under this Agreement. “Software” means the software programs detailed in the applicable Order Form, made available to You by Blue Planet, including any Upgrades. “Support” means the Software maintenance and support description which can be found at the following link. “Documentation” is the user or technical manuals, training materials, specifications or other documentation applicable to the Software and made available to You. “Order Form” means the signed transaction document or the quote detailing the Software licensed by You. “Subscription” is a fee-bearing subscription of Software for a defined period of time. “Fees” are the amounts to be paid be paid by You to Ciena for the Software, including Usage Fees and Support fees as set forth in the applicable
