GENERAL TERMS OF SALEGeneral Terms of Sale • June 17th, 2020
These are the only contractual provisions that apply between the Customer and NDA concerning the supply of Products and/or Services. Any other pre-existing agreement, arrangement or understanding that exists in relation to the supply of Products (if any) shall be deemed to have expired and been entirely replaced by these terms from the Commencement Date. If any other provision is to be applied or prevails, it must me agreed in writing by NDA.
