The terms of this license are between the party installing the Product (as defined below) (“Licensee”) and Bellus3D, Inc. (“Licensor”) and apply to the Licensee’s use of the Software Development Kit (SDK) and any associated Licensor hardware, documentation, source code, object code or other materials made available by the Licensor (collectively “Product”). The terms of this license also apply to any updates, upgrades or improvements to the Product.
