These electronically delivered bank statements are called “eStatements.” This Agreement is subject to the definitions, agreements, terms, and conditions of the Online Banking Agreement you have concurrently or previously entered into with Bank of the Ozarks. BY ELECTING TO RECEIVE ESTATEMENTS, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AS WELL AS THE TERMS OF THE ONLINE BANKING AGREEMENT. .
