This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and either Quality Vision International, Inc. or the Quality Vision International, Inc. affiliate (“QVI”) listed on the purchasing document governing the Software. “Software” includes, but is not limited to, the software provided to you and all related documentation relating thereto. This Agreement incorporates the terms and conditions found in the purchasing document; provided, however, in the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the purchasing document, the terms of this Agreement will control with respect to the Software. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY: (A) INSTALLING, COPYING, ACCESSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE; OR (B) BY CLICKING THE ACCEPTANCE MECHANISM ON THE ELECTRONIC VERSION OF THIS AGREEMENT, IF PROVIDED. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, ACCESS, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
