This EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the Effective Date by and between A-Frame Productions, Inc. (“A-Frame”), a New York Corporation, and Customer. Subject to full execution hereof and A-Frame’s receipt of the Total Rental fee and the Security Deposit, A-Frame agrees to rent to Customer, and Customer agrees to rent from A-Frame, the Equipment for the Rental Term on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
