This Agreement is entered into between You and GS1 US, as described below. By agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of the GS1 US Certificate Program Logo Guidelines (the “Logo Guidelines”) and the terms and conditions of the applicable GS1 US Certificate Policies (the “Policies”) located at http://www.gs1us.org/Portals/0/agreements/GS1%20US%20CERTIFI CATE%20POLICIES.pdf, which are incorporated and made a part of this Agreement by reference. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement (including the Logo Guidelines and the Policies), do not take the examination. The terms of this Agreement shall remain in force and apply to any Examination (s) for which you have attained a certificate.
