You are purchasing a puppy as a “pet” only. You will be required to have your West Highland White Terrier spayed/neutered. This agreement is based upon breeding privileges. The purpose of this agreement is to make sure the buyer of a puppy with limited registration is aware he/she has absolutely no breeding rights. To ensure this agreement is kept by both parties, the registration papers will be withheld by the seller until proof of a spay/neuter has occurred. This proof can come in the form of an official letterhead of a licensed vet, with the procedure listed thereon. Below are listed all provisions and terms of the agreement.
