THIS CUSTOMER MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (“MSA”) is entered into by (“Customer”) which shall include Customer’s corporate subsidiaries, as well as corporate parents, affiliates, and other related entities (collectively, “Affiliates”) approved by Zaviya to receive Services under this MSA. For purposes of this MSA the term “Zaviya” shall mean Zaviya Inc. d/b/a Zaviya Solutions Group, San Antonio, Texas or, when applicable, the Zaviya entity identified on Customer’s invoice.
