THIS INTERNET AGREEMENT executed between the parties (the “Agreement”) is made effective the date of its execution (the "Effective Date"), by and between Go Power! with principal offices at 710 Redbrick St #201 Victoria, BC, V8T5J3 ("Go Power!"), and the Authorized Reseller which has executed this Agreement ("Reseller").
