This Tax Abatement Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Agreement,” is executed by and between FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS, hereinafter referred to as “County,” acting by and through its Commissioners’ Court, ENTRUST, INC., a Texas corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Lessee,” and MISSION ENTRUST INVESTORS, L.P., a Texas limited partnership, hereinafter referred to as “Owner” of the Real Property and Improvements located within Fort Bend County Reinvestment Zone No. 15.
