, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and among the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF WEST JORDAN CITY (the “Agency”), a political subdivision of the State of Utah operating under the Utah Community Reinvestment Agency Act (the “Act”; § 17C-1-101 et seq., or its predecessor statutes), and PROJECT PEPPER RIVER, INC., a Delaware corporation qualified to do business in Utah (“Participant”). Participant and the Agency may from time to time hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
