THIS SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 26th day of September, 2022, (hereinafter “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City” and So Col Racing d/b/a Southern Colorado Youth Development, a Colorado nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Subrecipient” or “SCYD.” City and Subrecipient/PSA are sometimes each referred to as a “Party” and collectively “Parties.”
