This Agreement for Professional Services (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 11th day of October, 2018, by and between STOCKWELL ENGINEERS, INC., 801 North Phillips Avenue, Suite 100, Sioux Falls, SD 57104, (hereinafter “Engineer”) and CITY OF HARRISBURG, (hereinafter “Client”), for the services described under the Scope of Services (the “Services”).
