I, the undersigned Participant, have accepted your offer to participate in the Robb Report “California Coastal” event (the “Event”) to be hosted by Robb Report Media, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“ Robb Report”), along the California coast and surrounding areas (the “Venues”) from June 6, 2021 to June 10, 2021. Without limitation, the Event includes all hospitality, entertainment and activities relating thereto, including without limitation, any and all driving, wine tasting, culinary experiences, transportation, and spa activities. In consideration of the opportunities and benefits resulting from my participation in the Event (“Participation”), I hereby agree as follows:
