THIS AMENDMENT (“Amendment”) to Professional Services Agreement is made as of the 27 day of January, 2022, by and between the City of Camas, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "the City", and Mott MacDonald (formerly Pacific Groundwater Group), hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant", in consideration of the mutual benefits, terms, and conditions hereinafter specified. The City and Consultant may herinafter be refered to collectively as the “Parties.”
