The Renter shall pay the Monthly Rental Amount due in respect of each monthly term on or before the monthly term's due date. A late charge of $10 per day up to the full monthly rental rate will be assessed if any recreational vehicles (“RV”) or other goods ("Goods") are left in the Stall(s) after the Rental Agreement term expires.
