This Agreement made as of January 1st, 2023, by and between the Chelmsford Housing Authority, a public body politic and corporate, of Chelmsford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, hereinafter referred to as the “CHA” and the Town of Chelmsford, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”(collectively referred to herein as “parties”).
