These Terms and Conditions of License are an agreement (the “Agreement”) between Webalo, Inc., a California corporation (“Webalo”), and any party that agrees to be a licensee of the Webalo Pro Appliance (as defined in Section 17 below) by executing an Order Form (as defined in Section 17 below) (each, a “Customer” or “you”).
