The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") is a binding agreement between Myndlift Ltd., an Israeli company, having its principal place of business at 150 Menachem Begin St., Tel Aviv, Israel (“Myndlift”), and the purchaser designated on the applicable Subscription Form (defined below) (“Customer”, or "you"). Your subscription to the Service through the applicable Subscription Form shall constitute your full acceptance of the Terms.
