This Class Action Settlement Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March , 2020, by plaintiff Donald M. Cole (the “Class Representative”) for himself and as the representative of the Class (as described in Section 1(c) of this Agreement), the Class’s attorneys Motley Rice New Jersey, LLC and Carney Bates Pulliam, PLLC, and defendant Freedom Mortgage Corporation (“Freedom”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
