Andrew Pullen Law Practice Private Limited (“APLP”) and the Solicitor agree that APLP will supply the Services for the benefit of the Lay Client on the terms set out below and subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Business for the Supply of Legal Services by Barristers to Solicitors in Commercial Matters (the "General Terms") prepared jointly by COMBAR and The City of London Law Society (CLLS), a copy of which is set out at Appendix 3 hereto.
