This Settlement Agreement and General Release (“Agreement”) is made by and among LIVERPOOL CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT (the “District” or the “LCSD”), on the one hand, and DANIEL RENDINO (“Mr. Rendino”) and JULIAN RENDINO (the “Student”) (collectively the “Rendino Parties”), on the other hand. The District, Mr. Rendino, and the Student are referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party” in this Agreement. This Agreement is made effective as of February 6, 2023.
