This Addendum to the Charter School Agreement is entered into, mutually, by the Board of Education of Carroll County (the Board) and Sustainable Futures, Inc. (The School Operator). On November 24, 2014, the parties met and conferred and mutually agreed to invoke Article 1, Section 1.2 B. of the Agreement to extend the opening date to the 2016-2017 school year.
