THIS Contract MA-299-12011170 for Water Quality Analytical Services for OC Waste & Recycling, (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”) is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between the County of Orange, OC Waste & Recycling, a political subdivision of the State of California, (hereinafter referred to as “County”) and Associated Laboratories, 806 N. Batavia, Orange, CA 92868, (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), which are sometimes individually referred to as (“Party”), or collectively referred to as (“Parties”).
