This Agreement is made between the City and Developer SSST, LLC and Developer DZREH (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Developers”) to memorialize the terms of a settlement and release reached between the parties for the complete and final disposition of their claims, differences, and causes of action in existence between the parties concerning the Developers’ costs that are reimbursable from the proceeds of Tax Increment District 65.
