By purchasing or requesting the explorer multi-currency card (the “Card”), you agree that you accept and shall comply with these terms and conditions and the Fees and Limits section in the User Guide. If there is anything you do not understand, please ask the Purchase Location or contact Card Services. This is a copy of the Agreement for you to keep.
