The undersigned (the "Subscriber") hereby acknowledges that the Trust is offering (the "Offering") a minimum of 5,000 Preferred Trust Units and a maximum of 226,406 Preferred Trust Units (together, the "Units") at a subscription price of $90 per Unit for approximately 83,333 Units ($7,500,000).The minimum subscription per Subscriber is ten thousand dollars ($10,000), on the terms and conditions as described in the Offering Memorandum of the Trust dated May 11 2017 (the "Offering Memorandum") and the declaration of trust dated as of May 1, 2017, as it may be amended from time to time (the "Trust Agreement"), and on the terms and conditions set forth in this Subscription Agreement.
