The following agreement is hereby entered into between Grand View University (the UNIVERSITY) and a Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company internship student (the RESIDENT). This document and those referred to within it, which are incorporated by reference, constitute the Grand View University Summer Intern Housing Contract. This agreement covers all university housing areas, specifically the building, bedroom, and common space to which RESIDENT is assigned.
