These General Business Terms shall regulate the terms and conditions of individual purchase or license agreements, or license procure- ment agreements (all hereinafter referred to also as the "Purchase Agreement") based on which the company Lion-Tech, s.r.o., with its registered office at Okruhová 1135/44, 15500, Praha 5, Id.No. 02613824, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Mu- nicipal Court in Prague, File No. 221562, Section C (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") supplies goods including electronic data or services (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods“), and thus shall regulate the rights and obligations of the respective customer (buyer) towards the Company.
