The homeowner of the property listed below, which is located in Encino Park Homeowners Association, by their signature(s) relinquishes all rights to utilize Encino Park facilities to the lessee of the mentioned property. By said signature, they are acknowledging they will not be able to use the Encino Park HOA facilities concurrently with the below named person/family. Furthermore, they understand they can rescind this agreement at any time by notifying the Encino Park HOA in writing of the wish to terminate the agreement. This agreement is valid only between the dates of the lease agreement listed below unless extended by written notification to the HOA. By the property owner(s) signature, they are also confirming the lessee has been informed of the Encino Park HOA’s Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and the property will be maintained in strict accordance with said Declaration.
