STANDARD FORM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND CONSULTANTAgreement • July 9th, 2013
This contract will be used for miscellaneous assignments not covered within the scope of a defined project. The firms will provide Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing Services on an as needed basis. The Scope of Work for Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing Services on Continuing Contract shall be provided on a project specific basis as defined by the Owner on a project specific Short Form Agreement which is incorporated herein.
