This Sponsorship Grant Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Housing and Community Services Department, together with its successors and assigns hereinafter referred to collectively as "OHCS", and Tillamook County Board of Commissioners, a Local Government (“Sponsee”). OHCS and Sponsee shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
