To support population control efforts regarding predatory wildlife, Big Lakes County (“County”) has approved a wolf hunting incentive program (“Incentive Program”) for the purpose of reducing livestock depredation. Through this program, hunters, or licensed trappers (“Participants”) may qualify to receive a monetary reward (“Incentive Reward”) upon delivery of the carcass of an adult wolf, hunted lawfully, within the County.
