(this “Agreement”) entered into as of this day of November 2020 (the “Execution Date”), in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein by and between John Handel, of 25 Drake Street, Yarmouth Port, MA 02675 (the “DEVELOPER”); and the Stow Planning Board (the “BOARD”) acting on behalf of the Town of Stow, Massachusetts (the “TOWN OF STOW”) and pursuant to the Board’s authority found in the Stow Zoning Bylaw and G.L. c.41, having its offices at 380 Great Road, Stow, Massachusetts 01775.
