EASEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), by the Village of Grafton, a Wisconsin municipal corporation (hereinafter "Grantor") in favor of Cedarburg Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware Corporation doing business as “Curia” (hereinafter Grantee") (collectively, Grantor and Grantee may be referred to herein as “Parties” or individually as a “Party”).
