This Interlocal Government Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into pursuant to Chapter 791, Texas Government Code. Interlocal Cooperation Act by and between Webb County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, acting herein by and through the Honorable Tano E. Tijerina, Webb County Judge, as authorized by its Commissioners Court (hereinafter referred to as "Webb County"), and Dimmit County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, acting by and through the Honorable Francisco G.Ponce, Dimmit County Judge, as authorized by its Commissioners Court (hereinafter referred to as "Dimmit County").
