In connection with the sale of retail installment sale contracts by Dealer to Flagship, Flagship and Dealer hereby agree to be bound by the same terms and conditions as are contained in the Dealer Agreement between CarFinance Capital LLC and Dealer dated , 20 , subject however to the terms of the Flagship Program Guidelines (the “Program Guidelines”). Said Dealer Agreement and Program Guidelines are attached hereto and are hereby made a part hereof and which terms and conditions are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
