THIS AGREEMENT, is made and entered into between GREAT RIVERS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ORGANIZATION (hereinafter "Great Rivers"), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, acting by and through its Governing Board, InSight Medical Group, P.A. (hereinafter “Medical Group”) and InSight Telepsychiatry, LLC (hereinafter "LLC"). InSight Medical Group, P.A. and InSight Telepsychiatry, LLC may be referred to collectively as “InSight”.
