OXX Inc (“OXX”) hereby enters into this Agreement with (“Retail Dealer”) granting Retail Dealer the authorization to sell the COFFEEBOXX and Accessories (the “Products”). OXX reserves the right to offer specific product lines to different channels of distribution and not offer a complete product offering to all customers as it deems appropriate.
