THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2011, by and between the CITY OF LINCOLN, NEBRASKA, hereinafter referred to as the “City of Lincoln” and the CITY OF OMAHA, NEBRASKA, hereinafter referred to as the “City of Omaha,” for the purpose of engaging local residents, households, commercial businesses, non- profits, and other building owners in the reEnergize Program in the City of Lincoln.
